What you can ask us to do with the personal information we hold about you.
Effective: April 22, 2026
You have meaningful rights over the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what those rights are and how to exercise them. These rights apply under both Israeli privacy law and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it. We will tell you what we collected, why we have it, who we have shared it with, and how long we expect to keep it.
If any information we hold about you is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or complete it. We will update our records and, where reasonable, notify any third parties to whom we passed the incorrect information.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. We will do so unless we have a clear legal reason to keep it — for example, when accounting law requires us to retain transaction records for a specific period. If we can't delete certain information, we will tell you why and explain when it can eventually be removed.
In certain situations, you can ask us to limit how we use your information without deleting it entirely. This is useful, for example, if you contest the accuracy of information and want us to pause using it while we investigate.
For information you provided to us electronically, you can ask us to give it back to you in a structured, commonly used format that you can transfer to another service provider.
You can object to how we use your information when we rely on our legitimate interests. This includes objecting to any direct marketing — if you ask us to stop sending marketing communications, we will stop, no questions asked.
Where we relied on your consent to do something, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.
To make any of these requests, contact us at [email protected]. Please tell us which right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify your records.
We aim to respond within 30 days. For complex requests, we may need an additional 60 days, in which case we will let you know within the first 30 days.
Before acting on a request that affects your data, we may ask you to verify your identity. This is a safeguard to make sure we don't share or change someone's personal information based on a request from the wrong person.
We do not charge a fee to handle most data rights requests. We may charge a reasonable fee, or refuse to act, only if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — for example, if it is clearly repetitive.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. If you are not satisfied, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with:
